Product support: Yes, dear Customer how may I help you?

Customer: Well, after a long deliberation I decided to install your Love software. Will you please show me over the procedure?

Product support: Allright, I gladly help you! Are you ready for the beginning?

Customer: Well, I think I’m not a technical genious, but I’m ready. What should I do first?

Product support: As a first step please open your Heart. Have you found your Heart?

Customer: Yes, but there are a lot of programs still running. Can I install Love while these programs are running?

Product support: What other programs are running?

Customer: Let’s see. Past Resentment, Low Selfesteem, Anger and Grudge.
These are running.

Product support: No problem. Love will gradually delete Past Resentment from your present system. It may remain in your longterm memory, but will not harm any other programs.
At last Love will overwrite Low Selfesteem with his own modul called Healthy Selfesteem. But Anger and Grudge you should fully uninstall. These programs block the proper installation of Love. Can you remove them?

Customer: I don’t know how to do that. Will you be so kind to tell me?

Product support: I’m glad to tell you. Go to Start Menu and click on Forgiveness. You have to do that repeatedly until Anger and Grudge completely disappear.

Customer: All right, I’m ready. Love started to install itself automatically. Is that normal?

Product support: Yes, but don’t forget that you got the beta version. So you have to connect to othert Hearts that you can access updates.

Customer: Oops! I’ve got an error message right away! It says: „Error! The program doesn’t run on external devices.” What should I do now?

Product support: Don’t worry. This just means that the program was designed for running on Local Hearts, and this is the first time running on your Heart.
In less technical terms it means you should Love yourself first before Loving others.

Customer: Well then, what to do now?

Product support: Scroll down Self Acceptance menu, then click on the following programs:
Forgiving Myself 2.0,
Exploring My Values 1.5,
Taking Notice Of My Limits 3.0

Customer: OK, I am ready.

Product support: Now please copy them into „My Heart” folder. The system will overwrite all malfunctioning programs and corrects bad programming. In addition you have to delete Exuberant Selfcritics from each library and empty Recycle Bin also to make sure it was deleted and that they can never infect your system again.

Customer: I have done... Hey! New files are being copied into My Heart! And a Smiley Face appeared on my monitor… Peace and Satisfaction copy themselves everywhere into My Heart! And now I feel that my system starts to warm up. Is that normal?

Product support: In most of the cases… For others it takes a while, but at the end everything will be restored in due course of time. The system warm-up is normal, which improves the proper functioning of the Heart, so don’t worry! By the way it’s a good feeling, isn’t it?

Customer: Yes it is, just unusual.

Product support: In short, Love is installed and runs correctly. Just one thing before we hang up the phone. Love is a freeware program. Please feel free to redistribute the program and its variations to others you get in touch with. They will also share it with others and return you back new and exciting variations…
